sex therapy

Virtual or In-Person (Sault Ste Marie, ON)

Sex therapy is a specialized form of talk therapy that helps individuals, couples, and relationships address concerns related to intimacy, sexuality, relationships, and sexual wellbeing.

Brad is a Certified Sex Therapist with the Association of Sex Therapy in Ontario. He offers sex therapy services both online and in-person in Sault Ste Marie, ON.

Sex therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges such as differences in desire, communication difficulties, performance anxiety, pain during sex, concerns related to identity or orientation, the impact of stress or trauma, and changes connected to life transitions, health, or relationships.

Sex therapy is talk-based and tailored to each client’s goals, values, and comfort level.

There is never any sexual contact or sexual activity involved in therapy sessions.

Sex therapy can happen individually or as part of couples or relationship sessions. Brad frequently provides sex therapy services to individuals from 2SLGBTQ+ communities (including trans, nonbinary, and other gender diverse folks) and non-monogamous (or “open”) or kinky relationships.

Wondering if sex therapy can help? Brad offers complimentary consultations for potential clients.

“The way we understand sexuality was shaped over time — and it can change over time, too.”
